Daphne McNicholas is the co-owner of &sorted, a residential organizing company devoted to helping people create calm, intentional spaces at home. With a warm, approachable style and a passion for making life feel lighter, Daphne specializes in decluttering and setting up practical, sustainable systems that bring order and ease to everyday living.
Her eye for organization was shaped not only by a love of home design, but also through her hands-on experience working at a local food pantry. There, Daphne saw firsthand the power of systems, efficiency, and compassion—all values she brings into every home she touches. That experience continues to ground her work in empathy, especially when guiding clients through overwhelming or emotional clutter.
Whether she’s reimagining a pantry, revamping a playroom, or bringing calm to a chaotic closet, Daphne helps clients feel more at peace in their space. When she’s not organizing, you’ll likely find her volunteering in her community, enjoying time with her family and spending time in nature.

Kim Tesson
Co-Owner, &Sorted
Kim Tesson is our co-founder and a professional organizer. With a keen eye for simple, modern aesthetics, Kim enjoys working with our clients through decluttering and organizational challenges to achieve a sophisticated, curated space. She believes helping her clients create a clutter-free, well-organized environment can minimize stress and inspire and elevate their lives.
Drawing from over 15 years in retail fashion and meticulously styling her home, Kim has refined her process for supporting clients through decluttering decisions and identifying personal style. She guides clients through challenging decisions so they feel good about letting go and learn new ways of maintaining organization in their homes.
Kim lives with her husband and rescue dog, Kiwi in Newton, MA. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her adult son when he is in town.
